Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future bookings may require payment upfront.
